Abrí este blog en el año 2012 para compartir mis experiencias culinarias y practicar con la edición y el diseño web. Desde entonces he publicado todo tipo de recetas, pero hace unos meses descubrí gracias a una amiga la comida vegetariana y vegana, lo que me ha llevado a transformar este blog en un sitio en el aprender a comer sano y comaprtir mis experimentos. Pretendo que este nuevo camino me ayude a mejorar mi alimentación y encaminar mi vida por rutas más saludables.

I opened this blog in 2012 to share my experiences in the kitchen and improve my skills on web design. Since that time, I´ve been posting all kinds of recipes, but some months ago a friend introduced me the vegetarian and vegan food and, so that, I changed the purpose of this site. Now I wanna try to be healthier and discover new tastes. I am not vegetarian, but I´m trying to eat less meat and improve my habits.
